All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times typically range between:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated during a promotion or offer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

Salz Storehouse ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any additional fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Salz Storehouse is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Salz Storehouse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been shipped. We’re always happy to assist and will do our best to help resolve any shipping concerns.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Salz Storehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are unable to offer a refund.
